From the moment we walked through the doors we were in awe of this special place and felt so fortunate to be here. Our host has lovingly and beautifully restored this colonial gem, making it modern and well-appointed, while maintaining the integrity her history. A gorgeous haven and home base for exploring vibrant Merida. Everything is walkable. But you may not want to leave. The verdant courtyard is magical. The pool is just delightful. The bed so comfortable. The entire stay was exceptional. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You will keep her in your heart as we have.

This is a lovely, even jaw dropping gorgeous, house located in the heart beat of beautiful Merida. You couldn’t be any closer to great restaurants, charming shops and nightlife.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well stocked with quality linens, lots of hot water and a filtered drinking water tap, full sized appliances, good quality dishes and cookware. We can say honestly that the home far exceeded our expectations, as did the neighborhood. Our host was only a text message away for any inquiries but left us to our privacy.
